Positive: really great location, lovely villas, and breakfast was pretty good. Also, the barbecue night was great too.

Negative: A couple of discrepancies from the website – we were under the impression there were bicycles included but then were asked to pay after we had used them. We expected mosquito nets as per the photos, but without them there were a few issues with bugs and critters. Initially there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, as well as cockroaches flying around. Geckos on the ceiling would poo which landed on the bed. after we asked, they did get us a mosquito in it a couple of days later.

Summary: cute rooms and good location, could do with a little bit of a spruce up

Positive: Incredible location! Very close to the reef. The staff are wonderful, I only stayed for 3 nights but I felt really welcomed and as part of a family. A highlight of my trip staying here!

Negative: I really enjoyed being close to the mosque and hearing the call to prayer, however a note to other travellers that it is quite close, and if quiet is a requisite of travel, you may enjoy being located further away.

Summary: Incredible stay! Highly recommend!

Positive: Staff helpful.

Negative: No sink that worked in bathroom, as in, no tap. Room slightly cleaned, a bit dusty. No proper conduit for aircon in bathroom meant there was constant dripping onto a wall in the bathroom, hence the damp. Definitely needs a upgrade of the room.

Summary: It was ok but expensive for what I paid for ( the green room, which was ground floor, near kitchen).

Positive: Villa was private and comfortable. I could see both surf spots from the balcony - the point from the bed!! Bed was very comfortable!! Set in beautiful garden. Food was lovely and always freshly made. Easy area to ride pushbike - lovely places to explore.

Negative: The only thing I didn't really like was the design of the bathroom... you have to walk through shower to get to the toilet, so the floor was often wet. Only a minor issue tho!!

Positive: The traditional structure with a beautiful garden landscape. Everything was as advertised. It has an outdoor shower for washing up after being in the sea. Foods are good, staffs are helpful.

Positive: - Nice location with sea view - Transport offered to and from Banjar railway station - Friendly staff - Good and cheap food - cheap surfboard rental (100k / day) or lessons (400k / hr)

Negative: - no local Grav or bluebird taxi's available, so walk tot the main surf spot - depending on the wind direction the beach can be poluted with too much plastic waste

Positive: This was my favourite place to stay in my travels so far. Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a luscious garden, right across the road from the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. We asked to rent scooters and they were there within minutes. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Negative: There is a mosque very close by with a very loud speaker which sounds like it is inside the property. Other than that, we loved every minute of our stay here!

Summary: Beautiful rooms, great location, wonderful staff. Will definitely come back one day!
